I find the whole process (quote, order, proof, delivery, invoice) very smooth. Any queries are answered very quickly - I was in touch with Paul and Renata regarding our last order and their assistance was excellent (as always). Paul seems to understand our needs very well – we also appreciate his visits as in some cases it is much easier to explain what is required face to face than over the phone / email.

Our account manager was away when I contacted you for a rush order, however a person in place to picked up on her behalf. She was fantastic, emailed me quotes straight away, communicated deadlines and alternatives very clearly and when our account manager came back the switch was so seamless it was beautiful! Did not miss a beat at all. Quality customer service, good range of products and prices and excellent delivery options.
Have used Impress pretty much exclusively for years. Quality is generally very good. When something hasn't been right it gets re-printed no hassle. You don't over commit. If you can't make a deadline you say so. Therefore, I've never had a missed deadline. Reliability is one of your main attributes. Extremely important.
