At Impress go above and beyond to make sure your packaging has environmental credentials you can be proud of.  We meet ambitious ISO 14001 environmental standards and we are the first print and packaging company to hold a Planet Mark.  This Sustainability Certification is our commitment to reduce carbon emissions to protect our planet for future generations.

With carbon impact at the heart of our operations, the paper and the materials we produce, we choose to balance or offset our unavoidable impact with World Land Trust.   As a result this helps to restore and protect the world’s most important and threatened habitats.

Impress do not charge for Carbon Balancing, it is an immediate way for our clients to reduce their own carbon emissions and support essential conservation projects that would not otherwise happen.

Responsibly Sourced & Ethical Packaging Materials

All our paper and paperboard is Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certified.  FSC certified paper and wood fibre derived packaging benefit from strong environmental credentials.  Replacing plastic packaging with paper has lead to the market growing rapidly.  FSC and additional certified sustainable paper packaging options are key for businesses looking to lessen their operational impact on the environment and stay relevant.

Impress products are Vegan approved by the Vegetarian Society.  This gives our clients piece of mind that we develop packaging products to stringent ethical credentials.

All our inks are vegetable/soya based vegan inks.   They are also certified de-inkable by INGEDE meaning they are recyclable after use.  A claim very few  companies can offer!
