When our clients come to us wanting something unusual, we will find a way to produce it if it’s at all possible!

A digital print press is generally unable to print on stocks over 300-350g, so when we were set a challenge to produce a high end invite in under  48 hours….. with a heavy board type finish, the gauntlet was laid down.

We are always in close contact with our suppliers to ensure we are aware of the latest products and technologies. In this case, we had already come across a special card, available in up to 350g which has pressure activated glue on the reverse.  By printing on two pieces of this card and sealing them together with the pressure of a clamp, hey presto! The most amazing heavy weight invites were created.

The join was practically invisible and with the beautiful printed finish on the heavy weight material, the invites were exactly as required by our client.  They were delivered within 48 hours and went down an absolute treat!
